Missing since:  May 28, 2008  /  Age:  3  /  Classification:  Lost and Injured Missing  /  Date of Birth:  April 14, 2003  /  Height and Weight:  3/7, 38 pounds  /  Distiguishing Characteristics:  African-American Female, Black Hair, brown Eyes  /  Clothing  and Jewelry Description:  Blue and White Floral Patterned Bathing Suit with a Pink Bow.

Jewel Mahavia Strong was last seen on Panama City Beach, Florida on May 28th 2006 (Memorial Day weekend).  She was 3 years old when she disappeared from the kiddie pool area on the Jetty Beach in St. Andrews State Park.   She was about 40 pounds at the time she went missing.

Authorities concluded that she drowned, even though they were unable to provide us with a body.  Her family believes with all their heart and soul that Jewel is alive and that whoever has her is taking care of her - but the rightful place of the child is with her family.  

Jewel loves to sing, dance, talk, hug and give loving kisses.   If you have any information about Jewel's whereabouts,  please contact the Authorities in your area.
