Victoria Young departed this life quietly and peacefully in Washington, D.C. after working a number of years with the United States General Services Administration as a dedicated employee.   She was educated in the D.C. Public School System. 

Our paths crossed when Vicki ordered and received the "very" first copy of the Autobiography available here in our Website entitled, "I ... And When (A Disposable Child) - with C.J. Brooks as the Author, in support of this project.  

Victoria is forever in our hearts.
